We bill hourly and have found that on average, we are billing from $200 to $400 per home. - If you are the owner of a vacation home in our area, we can provide your with an upgraded service plan that includes lawn care and cleaning services. We can also check your property on an as needed basis for damage from severe weather conditions or vandalism. - Our service also provides answers to the home maintenance dilemma faced by many who can no longer physically take care of their homes.
